AGM Minutes 2009/10 season

The AGM for the 2009/10 season was held on July 17th and included the following points as a summary of the Minutes.

Costs / Subscriptions / Fees

The Mathern Athletic Club Secretary attended the meeting to outline the position of the Athletic Club accounts and the overall running costs for the clubhouse and facilities. As a result the following was agreed: Pitch Hire Fees now set at £25 for associated teamsTraining costs on the Mathern Pitch set at £10 per week for associated teams.

Mathern Wanderers made the following decisions which will apply to all players: Matchday Subs £3 Seniors / £2 Under 18sTraining £1Annual Signing on Fee £15 (to include £5 Athletic Club membership) - £18 for any unlicenced players.
The Annual signing on fee must be paid before players will be allowed to play any matches.
